SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 7-10 business days to allow for processing time, if we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description, if you have any questions about the lead time on specific item, please contact us at 800-325-1461 with your questions. All shipping, billing, and pricing errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of payment.
Any additional carrier charges added after shipping will be passed along to the customer (i.e. residential delivery fees, signature required fees and extended delivery charges.
All freight charges are subject to carries billable weight.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
Refused shipments may incur up to a 20% restock fee, plus shipping cost.
Freight carries charge additional fees for each package that is requested to be intercepted, returned or rerouted. These fees will be passed on to the customer only if the customer has requested the interception, return or the rerouting of a package(s).
Hazardous material items cannot be shipped any method other than freight.
Hazardous material items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, regardless of ship via description.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is espeically important because if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information, if you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
Returns & Cancellations

Before returning an item you must contact customer service at: 800-325-1461 to obtain a return approval.
After approval you will need to return all packing materials & merchandise in new, unused condition.
Buyer pays return shipping and 20% restock fees.
Manufacture defective items (or DOA) must be reported within 4 days of the date of delivery. We will replace the reported items with new ones.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned packages will be charged return shipping.
No warranty, guarantee or liability is stated or implied on any product beyond the manufacturer.
Factory Surplus is not responsible for any damages caused from the use of this or any product we carry. Misuse of item voids any and all warranties.
COMPANY RETURN POLICY:
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
No returns after 14 days.
No cash refunds, store credit only.
All returns must be in the original unopened package.
Absolutely no returns on: Surplus items, special orders, electrical parts.
Absolutely no returns on appliances: Air-conditioners, furnaces, microwaves, refrigerators, televisions, washers and dryers, or water heaters.
